Farewell to Richard Fink
The Owego Fire Department gave a final farewell to former Fire Chief Richard Fink who passed away on October 15. 

Above: The funeral procession on its way from the funeral home on Park Street to St. Patrick's Church on Main Street in the Village of Owego.
Below:  En route to the cemetery, a fire truck carrying the flag-draped coffin passes under a flag which is suspended from ladders of the Owego and Candor Fire Departments. Hundreds of fire fighters, police officers, and friends joined in the procession.
