| A stolen Owego-Apalachin school bus is abandoned on its side in the rain near Exit 66 on Route 17 in Apalachin. Two teenagers stole the 60-passenger bus around 2:30 am on July 27. They took it for a joy ride and lost control of the vehicle, causing it to roll down an embankment. See story. |
