Topping Off Tioga Downs Parking Garage
Final Beam put in place
for Tioga Downs New Parking Garage

Tioga Downs Casino held a "Topping OFF" ceremony Friday, September 19 at 11am as they prepared
for the last steel beam to be put into place for the new Parking Garage.

Local dignitaries and Tioga Downs personnel signed the final steel beam before it was lifted into place.
Media representatives also were invited to sign the beam.
The ceremony take place outside on the Winner’s Circle Lounge patio.

Construction on the 3-story parking complex, which is Phase One of Tioga Downs’ expansion project,
began last November and is expected to be completed next month
