 Free Christmas Concert in Owego 

Prism, a new seven-piece band in the Southern Tier will perform for the annual Master Series Christmas Program on Saturday, December 14, from 7:30 to 9:30 pm at the Owego Middle School on Elm Street in Owego.

 Members of Prism include music teachers from area schools, many of whom were members of the popular Classy Brass group. 

 The leader of Prism is Chris Weber of Owego, an instrumental teacher in Endicott. The other members are Dan Miller, John Harper, Chuck Louden, and Dan Fabricius. Beth Buckowski is the vocalist.

 Their repertoire for the Christmas Program will include traditional holiday songs as well as many favorite tunes. Santa may also appear to help celebrate the yule season.

 The concert is sponsored in part by the Cooper Foundation and the New York State Council on the Arts. Admission is free, although donations at the door are accepted.
