Community Press, October 2002 

 Tioga County Historical Society sponsored a Grand Opening on October 26 to celebrate their recent renovations. Stop by the museum at 110 Front Street in Owego to see the new exhibits. The museum's hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
