• Underground Railroad in Tioga County

 Speaker Gwendolyn Clark, a local expert from Candor and president of Homestar, Heritage Community Center, will present her findings about the Underground Railroad in Tioga County based on history and tradition. She has been involved with oworking with a group of teenagers doing Internet research, interviews, and on-site visits to Underground Railroad station locations.
