Hilton Kelly, a well known member of the North American Fiddler's Hall of Fame in Osceola, New York, and his band the Sidekick, will be featured at a Folk Arts Program on Saturday, November 16, at the Goodrich Settlement Grange Hall in Owego from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. 

 Hilton has been playing since he was 5 1/2 years old when his father, also a fiddler, gave him his first instrument. 

 The event will be a round and square dance, so bring your partner for an evening of entertainment and fun.

 The event is made possible with public funds from the New York State Council on the Arts , a state agency folk arts program.
