 Flag Pole to be Dedicated 

 The Owego Kiwanis Memorial Flag Pole will be formerly dedicated on Veteran's Day, Monday, November 11, at 12 Noon. 
 
The flag pole is located in a grassy area at Exit 65, on Route 17C, across from McDonald's.
