Water Aerobics
 This is a moderate to high intensity exercise program which uses the water for added resistance. Classes are held  Mondays and Thursdays from 6:00 - 7:00 pm. Cost is $4 for members and $5 for non-members.

   Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program (AFAP)
 The next session will begin  October 28. Classes are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays,  11:45 am - 12:30 pm. Call 689-0114 for details.

OFA Varsity Swimming
  The OFA Girls swim teams will have home modified meets on October 8, 10, 15, and 25; and a varsity meet on October 18. The pool will be closed during all meets. It will re-open after modified meets only (approximately 7:00 pm). 
 The Boys season begins November 12. Meets begin in December.

Winter Swim Lessons
 You can register for winter swim lessons at the community pool. Classes meet Tuesday 10/29 - 12/10, Thursdays 10/31-12/12, and Saturdays 11/02-12/21. There will be no classes the week of Thanksgiving. For class times and levels or to register, call 689-0114.
