Community Press, Sept 2000 Old Home Day in Nichols

At the Nichols Old Home Day celebrated on Labor Day, September 4, Alexis Swagler (left), daughter of Robin and James Swagler of Nichols, was chosen Little Miss Labor Day, and Hunter Goodwin ( right), son of Steve and Heidi Goodwin of Newark Valley, was chosen as Little Mr. Labor Day.

Ten contestants competed for the titles of Little Miss and Little Mr. Labor Day.
