After the rededication of the Baker Memorial Fountain, Belle Brister (center) and Bruce Baker (left), both second cousins of George Hobart Baker, were honored with a short ride in an antique fire engine. Bruce Baker was Fire Chief of the Owego Fire Department from 1947-48, and has 61 years with the fire department. |  |
