Two En Plein Air Shows this Year

Calling All Artists! This summer, the Tioga County Council on the Arts will present En Plein Air twice. The first show will be July 29 in Owego. The second will be on August 26 in Waverly. Both shows will be held on the porches and lawns of beautiful Victorian era homes. Both shows will run with another major event - Owego's Music by the River and Waverly's Attic.
