| These beautiful steps appeared at the corner of Pennsylvania Avenue and Route 434 in Apalachin. They were placed next to the base for the air stripper well at the site of the former Ken's Gas Station. We checked with one Town of Owego official, and he could not explain the mysterious appearance of the white and green Steps with the railings that seem to glow.
