| A Thanksgiving weekend fire heavily damaged the home of Tom and Margaret Karpel, Main Street in Apalachin. The fire apparently started in the kitchen area of the house. Margaret Karpel operated her hair stye business, Margaret's Hair Styling, out of their home. The business wil ltemporarily be operating at Hair-Cienda, Tioga Boulevard, Apalachin (at the bottom of Tioga Terrace). |
