Pool Project Update - October 1999 Doctor Ed Reed, Superintendent of Schools, and Fred Beaudry, Fundraising Chairman of the Community Pool Project, inspect the progress of the Community Pool at the Owego Free Academy. The pool will be filled with water this month. It is scheduled to be open for public use sometime in late November or early December, and for use by students in January 2000. The classroom portion of the new addition opened in time for this school year.
