The 88th annual Nichols Old Home Days sponsored by the "RoKi Community Club" will be held at Kirby Park in Nichols on Labor Day, September 6. The park opens at 9:00 am, followed by a parade in downtown Nichols at 10:01 am - sharp! In celebration of the 175th Anniversary of the founding of Nichols, the parade's theme will be "End of An Era."
Opening ceremonies will be at Kirby Park at 11:00 am. Through the afternoon till closing there will be games, food, dancing, raffles, clowns, the "Kirby Band," "Bucky Moon," and demonstrations by the 4H Skate Society. This is the last major event of the summer, a good time to get out and meet old friends.
