Relay for Life will be held on Friday and Saturday, July 23 - 24, 1999, from 6:00 pm Friday through 12 Noon Saturday at Owego Free Academy in Owego. The event is sponsored by Lockheed Martin Federal Systems, Tioga State Bank, Owego-Apalachin School District, Park Outdoor Advertising, the Owego Pennysaver, and Hadco.
