Castellucci Kicks-Off Re-election Campaign

Over 110 supporters and businesses recently gathered at the Owego Elks Club to help Councilman Donald Castellucci, Jr. (R-C) kick-off his re-election campaign for the Owego Town Board. Eighty people enjoyed dinner, "the Sounds of Sinatra" with Bill Nanni, and guest speaker, Broome County Legislator Art Shafer. Mike Zimmer, Owego Town Clerk, acted as Master of Ceremonies and Mrs. Helen Penney opened the evening with "God Bless America." Mr. Howard Enkling and Mr. George Burnett gave moving opening and closing prayers.
