Bring your appetite and plenty of questions to a pancake breakfast and workshop for beginning maple syrup producers. The event, which is sponsored by the Cornell Cooperative Extension, will be held on Saturday, February 27, from 9:00 am to Noon, at Leonard Hamley's Sugar House, 1242 Oak Hill Road, Barton, New York.

This meeting will start with a tasty maple syrup pancake breakfast, then feature a short video segment and a tree tapping demonstration.
