The Tioga County Council on the Arts is accepting reservations on a first come, first served basis to see the Broadway show Titanic on Wednesday, January 27, 1999. Cost is $99 for TCCA members and $109 for non-members. This fee includes front mezzanine seats, a continental breakfast, transportation, and a ticket to the show.

The bus will leave from the P&C parking lot in Owego at 7:00 am and arrive back in Owego by 10:00 pm. Seating is limited to the first 45 paid reservations. For more information, call TCCA at 687-0785.

Apalachin pianist Barbara Garges will perform in the first in a series of free "Always on Sunday" concerts on Sunday, January 17, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm, at the Tioga County Historical Society Museum. Ms. Garges will perform a medley of classical music.
