Philadelphia Sales Store Closes
Philadelephia Sales announced that they are closing all their stores including the one in Owego at the P&C Plaza on Route 17c. The Owego store opened for business on August 1, 1996. The final closing date has not yet been announced. The closing of the store leaves Owego without a major department store. (photo by Beverly Brown)
