The Tioga County Senior Citizens held their 6th annual Senior Citizen Prom on Friday May 22. The highlight of the evening wa the crowing of the Prom King and Queen. Pictured above are "King" Al Smith of Owego, and "Queen" Irene Paquette of Apalachin.
