Marinades for Grilling

Coke Marinade                                                           
12 oz. can coca cola
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 bay leaf

Mix all ingredients

Garlic Steak Marinade

1 London broil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 small onion, chopped
1 small bottle steak sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Mix garlic, onion, steak sauce, lemon juice and vegetable oil. Marinade London Broil overnight and grill.

Fajita Marinade

1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup lime juice 
2 packages Hidden valley ranch        dressing mix
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Combine all ingredients and pour over 2 pounds of steak or chicken breast. Refrigerate overnight.
