Local Youth Golf Tournament to be held June 5

Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) of Tioga County and Best Buy announce date for the 5th Annual Supporting Local Youth Golf Tournament.

The tournament will be held at The Club at Shepard Hills on Friday, June 5, 2009.

Registration will be at 2:00 pm, followed by a shotgun start at 2:30 pm. A barbeque will be held at 7:00 pm. and the distribution of prizes will follow.

The Supporting Local Youth Golf Tournament provides much needed funding for the Family Resource Centers in Waverly and Owego and the Phoenix Kid's Café and Youth Center in Waverly. Area business are invited to join as sponsors by participating or donating items to this event.
