Councilman Morgan To Seek Re-Election 

Councilman Dean A. Morgan (R) recently announced his re-election for the Owego Town Board. He has served the public in the Town and County over the past 33 years. Morgan stated, "I have always tried to work well with the public and encourage business growth in the town." Morgan currently serves as Chairman of the Sewer and Water Committee and is a member of the Parks Committee.

 Morgan has served as President of the Owego Kiwanis and Lieutenant Governor of the New York District.  He is Junior Vice-Commander of the VFW Post 1371 and volunteers with several other community efforts. He lives in Owego with his wife of 37 years, Mary Jane.
