Mark Clark (R), a life-long resident of the Town of Owego,  has announced his intention to run for Highway Superintendent in the Town of Owego.  "I have extensive knowledge and experience in road maintenance as well as 20 years supervisory experience," said Clark. 

 He lists his qualifications as
· Extensive knowledge in road, shoulder and drainage construction and maintenance.
· Certification in Supervisory training with over 20 years of Supervisory experience.
· 31 years experience with snow and ice removal
· Own a reputable business, Powerwash, in Owego
· Life long resident of the Town of Owego.

 Mark also looks forward to the challenge of meeting the needs of the highway department during the difficult economic times ahead. Mark lives in Owego with his wife, Betsy. Their children Casey and Joscelyn are both Owego-Apalachin graduates.
