America's Coolest Small Town

Students from the owego Elementary School and Owego Free Academy assembled together to outlien the word O W E G O with their bodies, followed by shouts of "WE LOVE IT!" This will be used in a video to promote Owego in the national contest sponsored by www.BudgetTravel.com for the "America's Coolest Small Town"
Voting ended on April 3, and "Budget Travel" will be announcing the winners on April 13. They will be selecting the winner based on votes, comments, photos, and videos. The winner will be featured in Budget Travel Magazine's October issue.
