Sign Up Dates for 2009 
 Here are the three dates to sign up for Owego Little League Baseball, Tee Ball, Girls Softball and Teener Baseball. 

 Register at the Owego Central Fire Station on North Avenue on either Saturday, January 31, or Saturday, February 7, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm or Tuesday, February 10, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Early sign ups are welcomed.

Winter Softball Program 
 Coach Mark Warfle resumes the Girls Softball Winter Training Program on Friday, January 9 at Apalachin Elementary School. Minors Group Ages 7 to 9 meets from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. Majors Group Ages 10-12 practices from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.  

Thanks for Volunteers 
 Little League Baseball and Softball International President Steve Keener appreciates all who will make the sacrifices necessary to provide children with Little League experience in 2009. The spirit of giving is a testament to the value of the Little League program. 

 President Keener congratulates Owego Little League (OLL) as it begins its 58th year. OLL President Ken Winters thanks all for a great Little League year in 2008 and is optimistic about the 2009 season. Remember to volunteer.
