Chamber of Commerce Awards
The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce held their annual dinner and awards presentation on Thursday, January 31, at the Owego Treadway Inn and Conference Center.
     The chamber recognized the achievements and contributions of individuals and businesses that have made significant contributions to the Tioga County business community.
     This year's event had a Hawaiian theme. A silent auction was held after the award presentations, with items for the auction donated by chamber businesses.
     The following awards were presented:

Route 96 Power and Paddle was chosen Small Business of the Year. Owners Jim (center) and Sue Signs (left) received the award from Rick Annunziata (right) of M&T Bank.

Beautification Award - to the Master Gardener Program, organized under the leadership of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tioga County

Company of the Year Award - to Visions Federal Credit Union

President's Community Service Award - to Angela Klopf of Tioga Outreach Center Director, Catholic Charities
