• Friday Night Feasts
Fridays, 6:00 to 9:00 pm
  The Candor American Legion is having its Friday Night Feasts every Friday from through April. The schedule is the same every month. Eat in or take out. American Legion Post #907, Spencer Rd. 659-4940. Dec. 12 menu is wings/fingers, Dec. 19 menu is spiedies/Italian sausage.

• Christmas at the Gazebo

 Caroling at the gazebo on Main Street.  Santa arrives around 6:30 pm. All are invited to the EMS building for refreshments, hot chocolate, and to get warm. The event is free. Any questions, call Jan Swartz, village clerk, at (607) 659-7966

• Holiday Tour of Homes

 Tour of seven Candor homes and a church, Tickets ($10 per person) at

• Local Author/Book Signing
Sunday, Dec 14, 1:00 - 5:00 pm 
 Local author at Candor Town Hall, Candor Historical Society will have their promotional items available for sale, the town historian will  sign copies of her new pictorial history book

• Snowmobile Club Meeting
Wednesday, Dec 17, 7 pm  
 Candor Valley Riders Snowmobile Club meets the 1st & 3rd Wednesday  of each month, 7 pm, Candor Emergency Squad Building, Main Street, Candor 

• Pancake Breakfast

  The Candor Fire Department sponsors Pancake Breakfast: pancakes, eggs, home fries, sausage gravy & biscuits, sausage, orange juice,  coffee, hot chocolate.
