 BCC-Owego Ribbon Cutting on December 4 

The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce will host a Ribbon Cutting Event for the BCC (Broome Community College) Owego Campus at 12:00 Noon on December 4, at the Tioga County Office Building, 56 Main Street in Owego.  

 Broome Community College in partnership with Tioga County invites the community to attend the event and view the newly renovated classroom space in the Tioga County Office Building. The classroom space is located in the student lounge which is on the lower level of the building.
