2008 Awards Presentation  -  6:30 pm, at SVE Community & Fitness Center, 57 East Tioga Street, Spencer. Light refreshments will be provided.   

Veterans Dinner - 4:00 pm, Veterans of all Armed Forces from Richford, Berkshire and Newark Valley are invited to the Newark Valley Fire Station, Rt 38, (1 mile south of the village) dinner, guest speakers, and music.
