Rice Chinese Cuisine

A Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening Ceremony was held last month at Rice Chinese Cuisine at 119-123 North Avenue in Owego. Winnie Teng and Sunny Zeng are the proprietors of this new restaurant. Sunny Zeng has 30 years cooking experience in restaurants throughout the world. He has worked in restaurants in Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore. The restaurant has an extensive menu. The restaurant is open Monday through Saturday, 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, Sunday 12:00 Noon to 10:00 pm.
