September 6 and 7
 The Tioga County Historical Society Museum and the Eastern Reenactor's Association presents the 1st Annual Civil War Remembrance Festival on September 6 and 7 at Hickories Park in Owego.  Experience Civil War Camps, Cooking, Sewing, Historical Presentations, Victorian Tea, Period Dance on Saturday Night, Period Church Service on Sunday Morning and Battle Reenactment Daily. Vendors Wanted
