Tioga County Rural Economic Area Partnership (REAP), LDC in partnership with Tioga County Economic Development & Planning will be hosting a free four-session workshop for entrepreneurs and Small or Rural Businesses.  The classes, which will take place in the evening, will be on Sept. 23, Sept. 25, Sept. 30, and October 2.
