• Thanks for Your Support 
 Owego Little League President Ken Winters thanks everybody for their time, talent, and treasure throughout the very successful 2008 regular and tournament season. 

• Baseball Tournaments 
 The 14th Annual 12U Owego Baseball Tournament attracted 17 teams representing four counties—Tioga, Broome, Tompkins and Onondaga--from July 21 through August 3. Twenty-six round robin games were played the first week. Twenty one double elimination and championship games ended the second week on Sunday, August 3. 

 Thirteen teams from Tioga and Broome Counties competed in the 10U Tournament from July 7 to July 20. A Champion West Corners edged Johnson City 7-6 and B Champion Endicott beat Johnson City 9-7.
