Newark Valley Days will be held Friday, August 8, and Saturday, August 9, around the Village of Newark Valley.

 Highlights of the two-day event include:

Friday Night at the Depot 
 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Ithaca New Orleans Dixieland Band

Saturday 
 Ride a wagon drawn by magnificent draft horses around the village and visit the many activities we have planned for the day.

 Parade - 2:00 pm - This year's theme is Nursery Rhymes. There will be bands, floats, vintage cars, fire trucks and much more. This year there will be prizes for the best entries.  

Around the Village Green:
 Art Show, 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, Rollie Noble Room
 Music on the Gazebo - 12 to 1:30, Night Sounds
 Book Sale - 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Tappan Spaulding Library
 Vendors and Food around the Depot 10:00 am to 4:00 pm 
 Inflatable Jacobs Ladder game, Kids Games/Face Painting/Food, Life Sized Candyland game 
 Kirby Band - 3:00 to 4:00 pm 
At the Trout Ponds
