Don Burns of Smithboro is seeking re-election to the Tioga County Legislative, District #4 seat representing the Towns of Tioga, Nichols and the south side of Owego.

Monell Announces Candidacy for Tioga Legislature
Tracy Monell, 51, of Owego, has announced he will seek election on the Republican ticket to the Tioga County Legislature in the Fourth District. Monell co-owns and operates ITS Communications. He is a 1974 graduate of OFA.
