• Mobil Food Pantry Distribution- Low to moderate income individuals and families are invited to participate in a Mobil Food Pantry Distribution sponsored by Tioga County Rural Ministry in partnership with the Food Bank of the Southern Tier. • 2008 Youth Fest, a four-night experience for youth in grades 7-12 will take place July 15 through 18 at South Apalachin Baptist  Church, 4116 Pennsylvania Ave in Apalachin. • New York State Boater Safety Course will be held on July 19 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Tioga County Public Safety Building, 103 Corporate Drive, Owego, in the downstairs training room. Participants will need to bring a lunch. This course is for persons age 10 to adult and is free but space is limited.
