• The Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) offers coupons worth $20 to people 60 years and older with a gross monthly income of less than $1603 for a household of one, $2158 for two, and $2713 for three. For more information, call Tioga Opportunities, Inc., Department of Aging, at 687-4120, ext. 321. • Mobil Food Pantry Distribution- Low to moderate income individuals and families are invited to participate in a Mobil Food Pantry Distribution sponsored by Tioga County Rural Ministry in partnership with the Food Bank of the Southern Tier. The distribution will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 10:00 to 11:30 am at 143 North Avenue, Owego. Bring your own bags or boxes. Call Sister Phyllis F. McGuire at 687-3021 with any questions. • 2008 Youth Fest, a four-night experience for youth in grades 7-12 will take place July 15 through 18 at South Apalachin Baptist Church, 4116 Pennsylvania Ave in Apalachin. Come for fun games, music, activities, challenges competitions, food, and bonfires - all for free. Participants will need to bring a lunch. This course is for persons age 10 to adult and is free but space is limited. Call Cornell Cooperative Extension Tioga County at 687-4020 to register or for more information. • Vacation Bible School- Park Terrace UMC is hosting a Vacation Bible School with the theme of God's Big Backyard.
