Christian Holmqvist of Richford, has been named to the Georgia Southern University Dean's List for Spring 2008. Christian is a sophomore majoring in Psychology.

The following students are on the Dean's List for their outstanding academic achievement for the Spring 2008 of Engineering at Binghamton University: Christina L. Fallon of Apalachin; Ryan M. Banker, Stanley J. Bogumil IV, and John O. Reed of  Owego.

Maegan Lockett of Apalachin, was named to the 2008 Spring Semester Dean's List with Honors at SUNY Brockport. Maegan is the daughter of Suzie Lupo and Vince Lockett, and the granddaughter of Robert and Margaret Britton. 

Michelle M. Murphy, of Apalachin, was named Presidential Scholar for the spring 2008 semester at Clarkson University. Presidential Scholars must achieve a minimum 3.80 grade-point average (GPA) and carry at least 14 credit hours.

Angela Zeccola Poole of Apalachin, has been named to the Dean's List at Berry College, Mount Berry, Georgia. She is majoring in Biology.
