Photo Contest
The Tioga County Council on the Arts (TCCA) is accepting entries for the 14th Annual Amateur Animal Photo Contest sponsored by Tioga County Council on the Arts and Animal Images. There will be two categories "Most Photogenic" and "Most Humorous". Also, there will be "Best of Show" and "Most Popular". In addition, there will be a special "Youth, Best of Show" category for children age 12 years or younger who are submitting pictures. Winning entries will be chosen by August 15. "Most Popular" will be chosen by the public and announced on August 22. A $5 entry fee is charged for each photograph submitted. All entries are due at the Tioga County Council on the Arts, 179 Front St., Owego by 3:00 pm on July 25, 2008. For rules and entry requirements, contact TCCA.
