The 4-H Youth Building will open to the public at noon on Tuesday.  Visitors will have an opportunity to view art work, 4-H club banners, sewing projects, baked goods, horticulture projects, crafts, and much more.

 4-H clubs and families will serve delicious meals and snacks at the 4-H Food Booth in the 4-H Youth Building. Fairgoers will be able to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at the 4-H Food Booth, with a "Nightly Special" each night of the fair. The Roger Snapp 4-H Dairy Bar is also located in the 4-H Youth Building.  Visitors will be able to select from a variety of ice cream flavors, milkshakes and sundaes.  

 4-H Youth Building activities will include demonstrations and presentations each evening beginning at 6:00 pm. The 4-H Living History members will have a late 1700's "encampment" with the youth dressed in period correct clothing. There will be activities such as weaving for visitors to try. On Saturday at 2:00 pm everybody is invited to participate in the Milk Drinking Contest.  And, each day, the 4-H Shooting Sports members will operate the air rifle trailer for visitors willing to test their sharpshooting skills.

 Across the road in the barns, 4-H youth will be clipping, cleaning, and preparing their animals for the shows.  On Tuesday, the 4-H goat show will begin at 5:00 pm in the cattle barn.  On Wednesday, the 4-H beef show will begin at 5:00 pm in the cattle barn, and the 4-H hog show will immediately follow at 7:00 pm in the cattle barn. On Thursday, the 4-H poultry show will begin at 10:00 am in the sheep barn, the 4-H rabbit show will begin at 2:00 pm in the sheep barn, and the 4-H sheep show will begin at 6:00 pm in the cattle barn.   On Friday, the 4-H dairy cattle show will begin at 10:00 am in the cattle barn, the 4-H llama/alpaca show will begin at 3:00 pm, and the 4-H dog show will begin at 3:00 pm on the lawn next to the 4-H Youth Building.  On Saturday, the 4-H horse show will begin at 9:00 am in the Skyline arena.

 Throughout the week, 4-H Teen Ambassadors will be announcing shows, providing county and state officials with personal tours of the 4-H activities, and visiting with fairgoers.

 The 4-H Livestock Sale on Saturday at 7:00 pm will wrap up the week.  Perspective buyers will be able to bid on many top quality 4-H youth raised beef, sheep, goat, and hogs.
