The Family Enrichment Network is a non-profit agency whose mission is to provide support services for the optimal development, educational, emotional and physical growth of the young children in our service area. 

 In Owego, the Child Care Resource and Referral Staff strives to improve the quality and efficiently of child care by offering training classes, grant funds for improving child care programs and support for becoming a NYS licensed child care provider.  They also administer the Child and Adult Food Program that reimburses providers for nutritious meals.  Through the Helping Hands program, they provide transitional housing services to women and children facing domestic violence situations.
