April Olivieri of Endicott, NY who was Tioga County Tourism's Prize-A-Month winner in April. She won a $40 gift certificate to the Jail House Restaurant in Owego and a $25 gift certificate to Angelo's Pizza and Subs, relocated to the Train Station on Rt. 434 in Apalachin.
