Garage Sale Days - in Newark Valley.  Bring a wagon, walk around,  enjoy historic village while browsing many garage sales. The Tillers and Toilers Garden Club will be selling plants on the village green along with their own yard sale.  Feel free to set up a table on the village green and sell crafts or other treasures. Community Clean Up Day -  Ransom Park, Tioga Center, 9:00 am till ? Help clean up the park, pick up trash, rake leaves, repair swings. Local Girl Scouts go for the Silver Award to restore the play ship located in the park. Lunch  provided. More info:  (607) 972-3707, (570) 888-3712
