 Join Tioga County Rural Economic Area Partnership (REAP), LDC and Tioga County Economic Development & Planning for this FREE OF CHARGE two-session workshop on developing a comprehensive business plan covering both the narrative topics and financial spreadsheets. 

 Instructor, Ginny Robert, has been an entrepreneur for 18 years, a certified business advisor at the Small Business Development Center for five years and the Director of the Entrepreneurial Assistance Program at Broome Community College since October, 2005. She holds an MBA from Binghamton University.

 The workshop will be held Thursdays; May 15 and May 22, from 5:30 to 8:30 pm, at the Tioga County Administrative Building - Legislative Conference Room, 56 Main Street in Owego.
