Literacy Volunteers of Broome and Tioga Counties has operated for forty one years serving individuals at no cost who need help reading, writing and/or speaking the English language. Their trained tutor staff currently instructs approximately 125 adult learners in Broome and Tioga counties. They also operate a basic skills computer lab in Owego referred to as the Tioga Adult Learning Lab, or T.A.L.L.
