Blue Collar Café Ribbon Cutting

A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held on March 28 at The Blue Collar Café at 711 Route 17C in Owego. The Blue Collar Café is a family run business. Their hours of operation are Saturday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm; Friday 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, featuring their Friday night fish fry. The menu consists of a full breakfast and lunch menu, with daily specials.
