Painting Class Offered
Bob Merwin, well known artist and teacher will present a beginners class in oil painting entitled "Unabashed Celebration of Nature and Life in the Country" beginning April 1, 2008. The course will run for six weeks from 7:00 to 9:00 pm on Tuesdays at the Tioga County Council on the Arts (TCCA), ArtSpace Gallery, 179 Front Street, Owego. Class size is small. Register early. Tuition is $150 and is due upon registration. To register, call TCCA at (607) 687-0785. Supplies are not included.
