Dawn Swaney, formerly of Berkshire, was recently pictured in The Washingtonian in an article about the Central Michael Richard Restaurant where she serves as Sous Chef.

   The Washingtonian is a lifestyles magazine which featured the best restaurants in Washington, D.C. in a recent issue. 

    Swaney is a graduate of Newark Valley High School and Paul Smith College. She is the daughter of George and April Swaney of Berkshire. She currently 
resides in Washington, D.C.
